Membership Policies
Additional Requests
If a member exceeds their monthly request allowance: • Essential: $40 per additional request • Premium: $30 per additional request • Elite VIP: Included under the membership's fair-use policy.
What Counts as One Request?
To ensure transparency and fairness, one concierge request is defined as one complete concierge mission or project. Examples of one request include: • Planning a complete trip to one destination. • Booking flights, hotels, and airport transfers for the same trip. • Organizing one restaurant reservation or one special event. • Sourcing and purchasing one specific product or gift. • Arranging one transportation service. • Conducting one research project or comparison (e.g., finding the best private schools, relocation options, or luxury villas). • Planning one celebration, dinner, or special occasion. Reasonable follow-up communication, updates, modifications, and revisions related to the same request are included and do not count as additional requests. A new request is counted only when the client starts a new and separate concierge mission unrelated to a previous one.
Fair Use Policy
The Elite VIP membership is designed to provide exceptional flexibility while ensuring the highest quality of service. "Unlimited active requests" means there is no fixed monthly limit on the number of requests a client may submit. However, the service is subject to a fair-use policy to ensure all requests remain reasonable, manageable, and consistent with the personalized nature of a dedicated concierge service. Attaché Concierge reserves the right to discuss alternative arrangements for unusually excessive or commercial use that falls outside the intended scope of the membership.
Important Notice
Membership fees cover the concierge's expertise, time, research, planning, coordination, communication, and booking management. Third-party expenses—including flights, hotels, event tickets, transportation, restaurant bills, shopping purchases, visa fees, insurance, taxes, and any other external costs—are not included in the membership price. These expenses will always be presented to the client for approval before any booking or purchase is made.
